WatchPoint offers cloud-based monitoring, analytics, and security services, including, but not limited to, infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), log management, security monitoring, and integrations with third-party tools. These services are designed to help you monitor and optimize your IT infrastructure, applications, and security.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You agree to use WatchPoint’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights.

• Engage in activities that could harm or disrupt our services, the website, or other users.

WatchPoint’s services are subscription-based. The pricing for our services is set according to the plan you select, and you agree to pay the applicable fees. We accept payments through major credit cards and other payment methods as described on the site.

• Billing Period: You will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

• Late Payments: If your payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until the outstanding balance is settled.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but please understand that no system can guarantee complete security. By using our services, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent security risks.

All content and materials on WatchPoint’s platform, including software, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by Techverse Network Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sublicense any part of our services unless expressly authorized by us.

You may cancel your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any data stored on the platform.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still be responsible for any outstanding fees incurred prior to cancellation.
