Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: WatchPoint provides refunds for monthly subscriptions only within 7 days of the payment date, provided that no significant usage of the service has occurred during this period. If you've accessed or used the service beyond basic setup and trials, a refund may not be applicable.

  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, refunds may be available if you request a refund within 30 days of the original payment date, provided the service has not been used extensively. Refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the subscription. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions.

Cancellation and Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@watchpoint.com with the following details:

  • Your account information

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting the refund

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your case. Refunds, if granted, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Setup or installation fees.

  • Charges for additional features or services added after the initial purchase.

  • Fees for custom integrations or tailored solutions.

  • Any usage-related charges beyond the subscription (e.g., data usage overages, if applicable).

WatchPoint reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
